Psychology Postdoctoral Residency
Nova Southeastern University’s (NSU) postdoctoral Residency began fall 2004. Residents rotate through several schools and centers within the University allowing for varied experiences and interests. Our philosophy is that sound clinical practice is based on scientific research and empirical support. Our training model is the Scientist-Practitioner Model of Training where research and scholarly activities guide and direct clinical practice, and clinical practice leads to research questions and activities.
The Nova Southeastern University’s Postdoctoral Residency Program is a member of the American Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers (APPIC). As a member of APPIC we will be following the Uniform Notification Day (UND) process. Notifications will be made on March 14, 2012.
